About Constance D. Coleman
Constance D. Coleman is a native Californian. However, she moved to sunny St. Petersburg, Florida and enjoys the tranquility offered by the surrounding waters. As a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan she had the opportunity to serve as an Ambassador as well as a Senator of the Black Law Student Association. Additionally, she devoted countless hours of legal work to the Genesee County Prosecutors office.
However, her true love was in her legal participation at the Washtenaw County Public Defender's office. There she gained a true appreciation for the law and how the services of an Attorney can make all the difference to a client in need. Ms. Coleman realized that every client is more than just another case, but is the most important person at every junction in the representation process.
Ms. Coleman will aggressively and vigorous represent her clients. At the same time, she will show compassion and understanding that surpasses any anxiety or fear her clients may initially feel. Maurine A. Thomas
Maurine A. Thomas was born in New York but has lived as well in New Jersey and Texas, and eventually relocated with her family to Tampa, Florida. She graduated from high school in the Tampa Bay Area before attending the University of Florida in Gainesville . As a graduate of Stetson Law School in Gulfport , Florida she had the opportunity to serve as an Ambassador and took specialty classes in the area of Family Law.
Ms. Thomas has worked exclusively in the Family Law realm. She has worked with Legal Aid, Guardian ad Litem and private practice. Her passion is helping parents, families and individuals through the difficult time in their lives. She works vigorously for the best outcome possible while keeping in mind her clients wishes.
While Ms. Thomas enjoys helping her clients and her families she also enjoys spending time with her own family, especially her new son. She supports her community through volunteer work including her church, Girl Scouts and as an Attorney ad Litem.
